摘要
通过试验研究邯钢喷吹用煤和除尘灰的理化性能指标,如:工业分析、元素分析、粘结性、灰分成分、灰熔点、燃烧率,得出焦化除尘灰固定碳含量高、挥发分低、硫含量较低,与无烟煤接近,适用于高炉喷吹。随着混煤中除尘灰含量的增加,燃烧率逐渐下降。混煤中配加6%以下的1#除尘灰,燃烧率仍在70%以上,可以和煤粉混合用于高炉喷吹。
By researching physic-chemical performance index of coal injection and dust removal ash,such as industrial analysis,elementary analysis,cohesive,ash composition,ash fusion point,burning rate,the fixed carbon content of coking dust removal ash is high,volatiles and S content are low,which is close to anthracite and is suitable for blast furnace injection.With the increase of dust content in mixed coal,the burning rate decreases gradually.The mixed coal is provided with 1#dust removal ash which is less than 6%,the burning rate is still above 70%,and it can be mixed with the pulverized coal for injection of the blast furnace.
