摘要
为了更好地解决2 000 m^3级以上的大型高炉在长期非计划休风后炉况的快速恢复,安钢通过总结和研究,提出了以“高炉复风前预埋可观察式长寿命氧枪技术”为核心内容的炉况恢复技术,通过采取严格的炉体密封、调整冷却制度、氧枪的合理使用、制定科学的复风料和复风参数等措施,极大地提高了炉况安全、顺利、快速恢复的成功率。
In order to smoothly and fast recover larger than 2 000 m 3 blast furnace condition after long-term no-plan damping down,the technology of furnace condition recovery for the core content of pre-buried the observed and long life oxygen gun before blast furnace re-blasting is putted forward by summarizing and researching in Anyang Steel.By adopting strict furnace sealing,adjusting cooling system,the rational using of oxygen lance,scientific re-blasting feed and re-blasting parameters,the furnace condition is greatly improved to safe,smooth and fast recovery.
