摘要
为解决安钢1#烧结机炉条糊堵的难题,技术人员通过调整配矿结构、优化除尘灰使用、加强烧结过程控制等手段,经过一段时间的生产试验,烧结过程碱金属富集现象得到明显改善,篦条糊堵情况彻底消除,烧结过程的稳定性进一步提高。
In order to solve the problem of grate bar blockage of No.1 sintering machine of Anyang Steel,through adjusting the ore mixing structure,optimizing the use of dust removal ash and strengthening the control of sintering process,after a period of production test,the concentration of alkali metal in the sintering process is obviously improved,the condition of grate paste blocking is completely eliminated,and the stability of sintering process is further improved.
