摘要
邯宝炼铁厂1号3 200 m^3高炉已经连续生产了十余年,在没有中修的情况下单位炉容产量已达8 493.58 t/m^3,进入长寿高炉行列。高炉的长寿经验主要有:严格的原燃料管理,科学的上下部调剂形成合理的煤气分布,注重炉缸活度的管理,建立完整的长寿管理体系。
No.1 Blast furnace of Hanbao Iron-making Plant has been continuously produced for more than 10 years,and the unit volume iron production has reached 8 493.58 t/m^3 without intermediate repair,entering the long life blast furnace ranks.The longevity experience of blast furnace mainly includes:strict original fuel management,scientific upper and lower regulation to form reasonable gas distribution,pay attention to the management of hearth activity and establish a complete longevity management system.
