摘要
依据低合金高强度结构钢的成分和性能要求,进行了低碳加铌、钛微合金化成分设计,通过控制轧制与控制冷却(TMCP)工艺对轧制过程中的温度、变形和层流冷却等进行有效控制,获得了具有良好综合力学性能的Q460MC钢板,完全满足标准要求,其低温冲击可满足E级要求。
According to the requirements of the chemical compositions and properties for the high strength low alloy steel,the composition system of Q460MC was developed as low carbon content with Nb and Ti microalloying.During the thermomechanical control process(TMCP),the rolling temperatures and deformations and laminar cooling were controlled effectively.The Q460MC steel plates achieved in this study could entirely satisfy the standard stipulations and had excellent mechanical performances,of which the low-temperature impact values could even reach to the request of Q460ME.
