摘要
随着对轴承疲劳寿命要求的提高,用户对轴承钢中有害元素Ti的关注度越来越高。通过分析生产过程中Ti含量的变化,找出影响Ti含量变化的主要因素。生产过程中优化低钛合金配料,采用钢包扒渣、合理安排钢包周转等措施,可将低钛轴承钢的Ti含量控制在0.001 5%以内,满足了高端用户的需求。
With the higher requirement of bearing fatigue life,users pay more and more attention to the harmful element Ti in bearing steel.In this paper the change of titanium content in the production process was analyzed to find out the main factors.Adding low-titanium alloy ingredients in the production process,adopting steel bag slag,reasonable arrangement of steel package turnover and other measures,can control the titanium content of bearing steel within 0.001 5%,which meets the needs of high-end users.
