摘要
分析了GT1215S工序控制难点,通过对转炉、精炼过程的精确控制,选择合适的精炼造渣工艺,精准控制了终点活度氧和锰硫比。连铸采用整体式浸入水口,选用高碱度易切削钢结晶器专用保护渣,有效控制了钢坯的表面质量和内部质量,成功批量生产了硫系易切削钢。
The difficulties of GT1215S process control are analyzed.Through the precise control of converter and refining process,the appropriate refining and slag making process is selected,and the endpoint activity oxygen and manganese-sulfur ratio are accurately controlled.The continuous casting adopts integral submerged nozzle and special mould flux for high basicity free-cutting steel mould,which effectively controls the surface quality and internal quality of the billet,and successfully produces sulfur series easy cutting steel in batch.
