摘要
从压力变送器阻尼系数、输出函数、开方运算、温度补偿几个方面详细阐述了压力变送器的仪表工作过程,解决了在实际应用中客户对上述参数如何设置及计算公式不明确的问题。对变送器线性输出和开方输出在压力零点附近的函数切换做了详尽的解释,从理论上推导出量程比与输出函数的选择关系。当变送器下限不为零时,对仪表的开方输出计算公式做了具体说明,有助于仪表现场从业者对工业变送器设置的理解与应用,实现压力变送器仪表正确的设置,达到了预期的应用效果。
This paper expounds the working process of pressure transmitter instrument from the aspects of damping coefficient,output function,square root operation and temperature compensation,and solves the problem that customers are not clear about how to set the above parameters and calculating formula in practical application.The function switching between the linear output and the square root output of the transmitter near the pressure zero point is explained in detail.When the lower limit of the transmitter is not zero,the calculation formula of the square root output of the meter is specified,which is helpful for the practitioners in the field of the meter to understand and apply the setting of the industrial transmitter,and realize the correct setting of the pressure transmitter meter,thus achieving the expected application effect.
