万华100万吨/年乙烯装置项目在线分析仪的选型与应用

Selection and Application of On-Line Analyzer for Wanhua 1 Million Ton/Year Ethylene Plant

万华化学集团股份有限公司新建的100万吨/年乙烯装置是一套数字化、自动化、智能化装置,该装置设有在线分析仪系统。在线分析仪系统借助网络技术,科学、有效地自动采集工艺数据,实现分析仪之间、分析仪与控制系统之间的数据共享,对复杂的生产过程进行实时、准确、全面的监控,对提高生产率、降本增效、安全运行起到了至关重要的作用。本文详细介绍了该项目在线分析仪系统的组成、各类在线分析仪的选型与应用,以期为今后乙烯装置PAS的设计提供借鉴和参考。

The new 1 million tons/year ethylene plant built by Wanhua Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.is a set of digital,automatic and intelligent device,which is equipped with an on-line analyzer system.With the help of network technology,the on-line analyzer system automatically collects process data scientifically and effectively,realizes data sharing among analyzers and between analyzers and control systems,and monitors the complex production process in real time,accurately and comprehensively,which plays an important role in improving productivity,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,and safe operation.This paper introduces the composition of the on-line analyzer system,the selection and application of various on-line analyzers in detail,in order to provide reference for the design of PAS in ethylene plant in the future.
