摘要 特殊环境下反应堆控制用中子探测器实际运行工况环境极其严酷,对产品设计和制造质量要求极高,产品质量的保障是通过贯穿于整个研发过程的质量监控工作得以实现的。这些项目采取的质量监控方式为坚守质量监控原则的基础上转变了传统的加强“控制”的方式,以强化质量监控的合理建议权,不断提高质量监管水平,强化质量监管预防为主,真正为用户提供安全可靠的产品。 The actual operating conditions of the neutron detector for reactor control in the special environment are extremely harsh,and the requirements for product design and manufacturing quality are extremely high.The quality assurance of the product is achieved through the quality monitoring work throughout the development process.The monitoring method is to change the traditional way of strengthening“control”on the basis of adhering to the principle of quality control,but to strengthen the reasonable recommendation right of quality control,continuously improve the quality supervision level,strengthen quality supervision and prevention,and truly provide users with Safe and reliable products.
