秦二厂保护系统T3试验常见问题及处理方案

Common Problems and Solutions of T3 Protection System in QinShan 2nd Nuclear Power Plant

广义而言,保护系统包括模拟信号处理部分(KRG、RPN)、逻辑信号处理部分(RPR、ATWT)以及专设安全设施系统(RIS、ETY、RCV系统等)。保护系统T3试验是反应堆保护系统输出信号处理部分(安全驱动器)相关试验。由于秦二厂的保护系统还未实现数字化,RPR系统采用的是多年前的模拟化的电路,T3试验操作仍以按钮和开关为主,试验中不可避免地出现故障。本文对保护系统T3试验的常见问题进行分析,并给出处理方案。

Broadly speaking,the protection system includes the analog signal processing part(KRG,RPN),the logical signal processing part(RPR,ATWT)and the special safety facilities(RIS,ETY,RCV,etc.).The T3 test of the protection system is related to the signal processing part(safety driver)of the reactor protection system.Since the protection system of QinShan PhaseⅡNuclear Power Plant has not been digitized,the RPR system adopts old analog circuits,and the T3 test operation is still dominated by buttons and switches.This leads to failures inevitably in the test.This paper analyzes the common problems of T3 test of the protection system and gives the solution.
