浅谈阀门防盐雾腐蚀涂层施工工艺

Discussion on the Construction Technology of Valve Anti-Salt Spray Corrosion Coating

论述了阀门运用于盐雾腐蚀环境下,如近海、海上平台其表面涂层的施工工艺。从防盐雾涂层的基本概念——耐久性、环境分类、防盐雾涂层选择方式及依据进行分析说明,另外着重论述了防盐雾涂层基材表面锈蚀等级及其前处理包含底漆预涂的重要性。为了保证涂层综合质量,结合阀门外形多为曲面的特点,本文推荐防盐雾涂层施工方式为空气喷涂,同时介绍了涂层施工前环境条件控制,施工过程重要参数如何监控,以及施工完成重要参数检测手段及参考标准。

This paper discusses the application of valve in salt spray corrosion environment,such as offshore,offshore platform,its surface coating construction technology.From the basic concept of salt spray coating,such as durability,environmental classification,selection and basis of salt spray coating,the paper also discusses the corrosion grade of salt spray coating substrate surface and the importance of pretreatment including primer precoating.In order to ensure the comprehensive quality of coating,combined with the characteristics that the valve shape is mostly curved surface,this paper recommends the application method of anti-salt spray coating as air spraying.At the same time,it introduces the environmental condition control before the coating construction,how to monitor the important parameters in the construction process,as well as the important parameter detection means and reference standards for the completion of construction.
