湖南省人口城镇化与土地城镇化空间格局演化及协调性研究

Study on the Spatial Pattern Evolution and Coordination of Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in Hunan Province

人口城镇化与土地城镇化失衡是我国城镇化进程中存在的突出问题。文章以湖南省14个地级市(州)为研究对象,构建了人口城镇化与土地城镇化指标体系。运用耦合协调度模型及空间自相关模型等主要研究方法,从时间与空间两个维度对2006至2016年湖南省人口城镇化与土地城镇化空间格局演变与协调性关系进行了相关分析。结果表明:(1)2006—2016年湖南省各地级市人口城镇化与土地城镇化耦合协调度基本呈现上升趋势,至2016年无严重失调地区;(2)湘东地区长沙、株洲、湘潭地区人口城镇化与土地城镇化耦合协调度较高。整体上,耦合协调度存在向东及向南发展的趋势。(3)湖南省人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调性依然存在不足,且主要表现为人口城镇化相对滞后。

The unbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization is an outstanding issue during China s urbanization.This paper chose 14 prefecture-level cities(states)in Hunan province,and then built an index evaluation system with two factors.Using the coupling coordination model and spatial autocorrelation model,we analyzed the spatial pattern changes and coordination of the two factors from 2006 to 2016 in time and space dimensions.Our results show that:(1)from 2006 to 2016,the coupling level of population and lands in all cities tends to be upward,exhibiting no unbalanced areas as to 2016;(2)the coupling level of population and lands in eastern Hunan,like Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is relatively high and overall,the coupling coordination level tends to be high in east and south areas;and(3)the coordination between population and land urbanization in Hunan province was still insufficient,and more improvements are needed in population urbanization.
