马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型原发性高血压的治疗有效性、安全性研究

目的分析探讨H型高血压患者采取马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗的具体方法和实际临床效果。方法对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组同时结合马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,分析对比两组患者的治疗效果和相关表现。结果经治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及血浆Hcy水平较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者改善程度更大,组间相比具有差异性表现。不良反应率组间对比不具备差异表现。结论针对H型高血压患者,采取依那普利联合叶酸片治疗,在降低患者同型半胱氨酸水平的基础上控制血压,取得了显著的临床效果,并且服药期间患者的用药安全性也有所保障。

Objective:To analyze and investigate the concrete method and practical clinical effect of enalapril Maleate folic acid tablets in patients with H type hypertension.Methods:The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the observation group was treated with enalapril Maleate folic acid tablets at the same time.The therapeutic effect and related manifestations of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and plasma Hcy levels in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The improvement degree of the patients was greater than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.The adverse reaction rate was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Enalapril combined with folic acid tablets is used to control blood pressure on the basis of reducing the level of homocysteine in patients with type H hypertension,and remarkable clinical effect has been obtained.And the safety of patients during medication is also guaranteed.
