彩色多普勒超声和MRI对前置胎盘并胎盘植入的诊断价值和对比分析

Diagnostic value and comparative analysis of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声和MRI对前置胎盘并胎盘植入的诊断价值和对比分析。方法选取2017年1月到2018年10月我院门诊产检时拟为胎盘植入的患者共60例作为研究对象,分别对其予以彩色多普勒超声检查与MRI检测,观察两种检测方式与病理检测的一致性情况,同时观察联合检测与金标准的一致性情况。结果经病理诊断,60例患者中,共有45例获得确诊,10例漏诊,5例误诊;经彩色多普勒超声检测,共有38例患者确诊,3例漏诊,4例被误诊为胎盘早剥;经MRI检测,共有42例患者确诊,其余3例出现漏诊现象。联合检测能够获得更加准确的检测结果。结论相比于彩色多普勒超声检测方式,MRI对于前置胎盘并胎盘植入具有更高的诊断价值;但将两种方式进行联合使用时,能够更加有效的提升诊断的准确率。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value and comparative analysis of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI in placenta previa and placenta.Methods:A total of 60 patients who were scheduled for placenta implantation from March 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.Color Doppler ultrasonography and MRI were performed to observe the two detection methods.Consistency with pathological examination,while observing the consistency of joint testing with gold standards.Results:According to pathological diagnosis,among the 60 patients,45 patients were diagnosed,10 patients were missed,and 5 patients were misdiagnosed.According to color Doppler ultrasonography,38 patients were diagnosed and 3 patients were missed.Four patients were misdiagnosed as placental abruption.According to MRI,a total of 42 patients were diagnosed and the remaining 3 patients were missed.Joint detection can obtain more accurate test results.Conclusion:Compared with color Doppler ultrasonography,MRI has a higher diagnostic value for placenta previa and placenta implantation.However,when combined with the two methods,it can improve the accuracy of diagnosis more effectively.
