水杨酸浸种对低温胁迫下二叶期冬小麦生理的影响 被引量:4

摘要 低温是作物生长过程中常见的自然灾害和主要胁迫因子,对农业生产危害严重。试验以冬小麦晋麦70为材料,研究了0.25,0.50 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)浸种对-5℃胁迫6 h的二叶期冬小麦叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、硝酸还原酶(NR)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、细胞膜透性和细胞水势等生理指标的影响,为冬小麦二叶期的抗寒性研究提供参考依据。结果表明,SA浸种具有增强晋麦70的抗氧化酶活性、降低膜损伤、增强氮代谢能力、提高渗透调节物质含量的作用;二叶期晋麦70经低温胁迫后,SA具有防止氧化损伤、维持膜的正常功能、增强其抗逆境能力的作用。 Low temperature is a common natural disaster and main stress factor in the process of crop growth,which is also a serious hazard to agricultural production.In this experiment,winter wheat Jinmai 70 seeds were used as material soaking by 0.25,0.50 mmol/L salicylic acid(SA).Multiple physiological indexes including superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitrate reductase(NR),proline,soluble sugar,cell membrane permeability,and cell water potential of winter wheat in the second leaf stage were analyzed in this study,to provide a reference for the study of cold resistance of winter wheat in the second leaf stge.The results showed that SA soaking seeds could enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity,reduce membrane damage,enhance nitrogen metabolism,and increase the content of osmotic adjustment substances.After the low temperature stress on the wheat Jinmai 70 at two-leaf stage,SA had the effects of preventing its oxidative damage,maintaining its normal function of membrane and enhancing its ability to resist stress.
