摘要
以汾蓖10号为材料,采用基质盆栽模拟盐胁迫条件,研究不同NaCl浓度(0,40,80,120,160,200 mmol/L)对蓖麻种子萌发、幼苗生理指标的影响。结果表明,在较低浓度盐胁迫下,蓖麻种子萌发和生长良好,随着盐浓度的增高,种子萌发率逐渐降低;随着盐浓度的增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性则呈先升后降的趋势。从生理指标分析可知,蓖麻种子在中度盐胁迫下表现出较强的抗性。
The effect of different NaCl concentrations(0,40,80,120,160,200 mmol/L)on the germination,seedling physiological indexes of Fenbi 10 was studied under simulated salt stress in this study.The results showed that the germination and growth of Ricinus communis L.seeds were good at low concentration.With the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination rate decreased gradually,malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)increased first and then declined.According to the analysis of physiological indexes,Ricinus communis L.seed showed strong resistance under moderate salt stress.
