急性心肌梗死缺血/再灌注损伤的机制及其药物防治进展 被引量:19

摘要 由于直接经皮冠脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)和静脉溶栓的再灌注治疗能挽救濒死心肌、减少心肌梗死面积从而显著改善预后,因此被作为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者的推荐治疗策略。然而,即使采取了早期再灌注治疗,STEMI患者1年的死亡率仍达10%。缺血/再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)引发的心肌组织细胞损伤显著增加心肌梗死患者的死亡率和多种并发症,降低了急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者再灌注治疗的获益。近年来对于I/R损伤的分子和免疫学研究进展促进了与组织炎症和器官功能不全的治疗策略更新。本文就AMI的I/R损伤机制及其药物防治进展进行文献复习。
