高校图书馆地域信息智库建设研究

Research of the construction of regional information think-tanks in university libraries

高校是地方经济的基础,而高校图书馆是高校中信息传播的枢纽。高校图书馆建设地域信息智库,在带动高校自身发展的同时,更推动着地方区域的经济发展和社会进步。通过文献资料法,探讨了高校图书馆地域信息智库建设的必要性,并提出了建设地域信息智库的三大途径,即高校投入、政府扶持以及与当地图书馆的合作共建。通过本文的研究探讨,以期能够在高校图书馆地域信息智库建设的理论研究方面加以丰富和拓展。

Universities are the foundation of the local economy and the social development. And the libraries play a key position in dissemination of information between universities. The construction of regional information think-tanks in university libraries can promote the development of the universities. In the meantime, it can promote the regional economic development and social progress. By the methods of document research, this study explores the necessity of constructing regional information think-tanks in university libraries, and presents three ways of constructing them. Firstly, the universities need to devote more money in constructing of the think-tanks. Secondly, the government should make more support in doing this. Thirdly, the local library and the universities should cooperate together. The author hopes that this study of the construction of think-tanks in the university libraries can enrich and develop the theory in this area.
