癫痫共病注意力缺乏多动障碍的基础与床研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 1.癫痫共病注意力缺乏多动障碍(ADHD)概述癫痫指由神经元异常、过度同步放电引发脑结构异常,以反复癫痫发作为共同特征的慢性脑功能障碍性疾病,ADHD是癫痫儿童最容易共患的一种精神类疾病,大约影响三分之一的癫痫患儿,表现为与年龄和发育水平不相称的注意力不集中和注意时间短暂、多动和冲动,并伴有认知障碍和执行功能缺陷[1]。癫痫与ADHD共病主要表现为以注意力不集中为主的ADHD亚型,约占24%~52%[1~3];Vidaurre等[1]研究认为癫痫共病ADHD不存在性别分布差异,而Abd等[2]研究结果提示男性癫痫患儿更容易共患ADHD,作者认为可能的原因是由于ADHD疾病本身男孩患病率高于女孩,具体的生物学机制尚不明确,有待进一步的大样本研究证实[2,4]。
