摘要 近年来3D打印技术在制造业中的兴起正在逐渐改变传统生物材料的制作模式。而生物材料植入人体后病原菌常黏附在植入材料表面形成生物膜导致的材料植入感染,是临床必须面对的问题之一。现就3D打印技术制备医用生物材料的现况与其在制作抗感染生物材料中的前景进行综述。 The rise of 3D printing technology in manufacturing in recent years is gradually changing the production mode of traditional biomaterials.When biomaterials are implanted into human body,the pathogens often adhere to the surface of the implant material to form a biofilm-induced material implantation infection,which is one of the problems that must be faced in clinical practice.This article describes the current state of preparation of medical biomaterials with 3D printing technology and its prospects in the production of anti-infective biomaterials.
