摘要
针对金属材料疲劳小裂纹扩展特点,在改进疲劳寿命预报统一方法的基础上对裂纹长度及小裂纹门槛值进行了进一步修正,提出了金属材料疲劳裂纹扩展预报修正模型,着重对钛合金Ti-6Al-4V的疲劳小裂纹扩展行为进行了预报研究,对比参考文献中的试验结果,验证了预报结果的可靠性.研究结果表明,该修正模型对Ti-6Al-4V疲劳小裂纹扩展速率具有较好的预报能力.
According to the characteristics of small crack of metal material fatigue,the crack length and small crack threshold are further modified based on the improved fatigue life prediction method.A modified model of fatigue crack propagation prediction for metal materials is proposed,and the fatigue crack growth behavior of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V is studied.The result shows that the predictions are consistent with the test data in references by comparing the predicted results with the test ones,indicating that the modified model has a strong ability to forecast the small crack propagation behavior of Ti-6Al-4V.
