摘要
为了定量描述一维的多孔钛干摩擦信号,采用递归定量分析方法,把摩擦信号扩展到高维,定量分析其中信息.首先,利用经验模式分解(empirical mode decomposition,EMD)对摩擦信号进行预去噪;然后,采用自相关法和假近邻法计算各组摩擦信号的延时与嵌入维数;最后,分析递归图及其对应的平均对角线长度与熵值,通过这些能够直观观察不同环境下多孔钛摩擦信号的变化特性.结果表明,递归图能够一定程度上反应多孔钛的磨损情况,通过递归定量分析能够对多孔钛摩擦系统复杂性状态进行描述,且在压力为8~10 N时磨损系统稳定性最好.
In order to quantitatively describe the one-dimensional porous titanium dry friction signal,recurrence plot quantitative analysis is used to extend the friction signal to multidimensional and quantitative information analysis.Firstly,the EMD(empirical mode decomposition)is used to pre-denoise the friction signal,and then the delay and embedding dimension of the friction signals of each group are calculated by using the autocorrelation method and the pseudo-nearest neighbor method.Finally,we analyze the recurrence plot and its corresponding average diagonal length and entropy.These make it intuitive to observe the changing characteristics of the porous titanium friction signal in different environments.The results show that the recurrence plot can reflect the wear of porous titanium to some extent,recurrence plot analysis can describe complex state of a porous titanium friction system,wear system stability is the best at pressures from 8~10 N.
