核心筒-钢桁架屋盖裙房混合结构抗震设计分析与研究 被引量:3

摘要 高层核心筒与外部大跨度钢屋盖裙房的结合往往较容易组合出吸人眼球的建筑效果,由于其特点鲜明,近年来备受建筑师的青睐。但对于结构设计来说,混凝土核心筒体与钢结构刚度差异过大,往往给结构工程师带来巨大挑战。本文以某文化场馆建筑案例为基础,结合结构体系特殊、体型复杂、严重超限及工程重要性等不利条件,采用多种程序分析对比,提出了性能化抗震设计方法。另外对结构舒适度、结构楼板、关键节点等进行了详尽的分析,采用了合理可行的抗震构造措施最大限度降低刚度不均带来的不利影响,以实现所设定的性能目标,可为以后的同类建筑结构设计提供参考。 The combination of high level core tube and external large span steel roof podiums often gives an attracting architectural effect.In recent years,it is favored by architects for its distinctive features.But it is a huge challenge for structural engineers because of the large stiffness difference between concrete core tube and steel structure.Based on a construction case of cultural center under unfavorable conditions like special structural systems,complex size,serious overrun and construction importance,this paper proposes a performance-based seismic design method with analysis and comparison by various programs.This paper also analyzes the structure comfort level,structure slabs and key nodes in details.The performance goal is achieved by adopting reasonable and feasible seismic methods to minimize the adverse effects caused by uneven stiffness,which provides a design reference for the same building type in the future.
