山区县建设用地增减挂钩拆旧区适宜性评价——以陕西省镇巴县为例

Suitability evaluation of the increase or decrease of city construction land linking the rural construction land demolishing in mountain county——A case study of Zhenba county in Shaanxi province

以陕西省镇巴县为例,在系统分析土地利用变化特点的基础上,结合区域特点对镇巴县建设用地增减挂钩拆旧区适宜性进行评价。结果表明:(1)镇巴县林地和耕地占绝对优势;土地利用变化以建设及交通用地稳步增加为显著特征,其中增幅最大的是村庄,增加了123.56 hm ^2,变化率最大的是建制镇,每年增长2.30%;(2)拆旧区综合评价结果显示,镇巴县可拆旧区潜力较大。适宜拆旧区6 826.75 hm ^2,约占镇巴县总面积的2.02%;较适宜拆旧区129 413.75 hm^ 2,占比38.26%,拆旧潜力较大。镇巴县适宜拆旧区和不适宜拆旧区空间上呈镶嵌分布。

This paper takes Zhenba county in Shaanxi province as a case.Based on the systematic analysis of the characteristics of land use change in the study area,combined with the regional characteristics,the suitability of the linking the increase or decrease in land used for urban construction with the rural construction demolishing in Zhenba county is evaluated.The results show that:(1)the forest land and cultivated land have an absolute advantage in Zhenba county;land use change is characterized by steady increase in construction and transportation land,especially in villages,whose construction and transportation land is increased by 123.56 hm 2.The largest annual land change rate happened in towns,which is 2.30%;(2)The comprehensive evaluation of the rural construction demolishing shows that the rural construction demolishing in Zhenba county has a huge potential.The most suitable area for rural construction demolishing is up to 6 826.75 hm 2,accounting for 2.02%of all the area of the county.The more suitable area for rural construction demolishing is up to 129 413.75 hm 2,accounting for 38.26%of all the area of the county.The suitable and unsuitable areas for rural construction demolishing in Zhenba county are inlaid.
