摘要
简要介绍了冷火炬的应用背景,阐述了烯烃分离等同类装置中冷火炬加热系统的两种设计方案,利用甲醇作为加热媒介,对冷火炬内的液相介质进行汽化和对冷火炬气进行加热,通过计算和对比,突出了优化方案,即由三个换热器组成的加热系统集成在一个壳体的设计优势。
The background of the application of cold flare was briefly introduced in this article.Two design schemes for the heating system in cold flare used in light olefins recovery unit and similar ones were stated.Use of methanol as heating medium in design scheme,the liquid phase in cold flare is gasified and the gas in cold flare is heating.With the calculation and comparison,the optimum scheme,in which three heat exchangers were integrated in one shell to form heating system,was decided finally.
