摘要
TDLAS(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy)技术即可调谐半导体二极管激光吸收光谱技术,是利用激光器的窄线宽和可调谐波长的特性,通过扫描目标气体分子的高频吸收谱线,来获得目标气体的吸收光谱信号。通过对吸收光谱信号进行分析,可以反推目标气体的浓度、流速、质量流量,进而作为一种PAT过程分析技术,为冻干工艺过程控制提供重要依据。
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)technology is of using the properties of narrow width and tunable wave length in laser device and makes light spectrum from objective gas absorbed by scanning high frequency in spectrum.By analyzing the signals from absorbed light spectrum,the concentration,flow velocity and volume of the objective gas can be determined,thus it may be used as PAT procedure analysis technology,from which important basis for the control in freeze-drying process has been provided.
