摘要
通过对当归与川芎药对配方颗粒挥发性成分组成及制剂、浸膏、药材中藁本内酯工艺过程转移率分析,为配方颗粒制剂工艺及质量评价提供参考。采用GC-MS方法对当归川芎药对配方颗粒挥发性组分全面成分分析;以藁本内酯为指标性成分,测定药材、浸膏及颗粒制剂工艺过程中的转移率。配方颗粒共检出9个组分,通过质谱库鉴定出7个化合物;配方颗粒中藁本内酯平均含量为1.05%,藁本内酯从药材到浸膏的平均转移率为45.3%,从药材到颗粒最终工艺转移率为12.3%。对藁本内酯在配方颗粒制剂工艺过程中转移率分析有助于当归川芎药对配方颗粒的全面质量控制及工艺评价。
With the analysis of granular volatilizing elements in formula of chuanxiongrhizoma and angelicaesinensis radix as well as the process of transfer rate of ligustilide in medicinal material,extract intermediate and preparation,the reference for granular preparing process and quality assessment was provided.By using GC-MS method,the granular volatilizing elements in chuanxiongrhizoma and angelicaesinensis radix were fully analyzed.With ligustilide as the index element,the transfer rate in granule preparing process was measured.Nine elements were detected in prepared granules,and seven chemical compounds were identified through mass spectrum base.The average content of ligustilide is 1.05%.The average process transfer rate of ligustilide from medicinal material to extracts is 45.3%,and the final process transfer rate from medicinal material to granules is 12.3%.The analysis of transfer rate of ligustilidein preparing granule process is helpful to fully control the quality of formula granuel of chuanxiongrhizoma and angelicaesinensis radix.
