小容量注射剂常用的内包装材料有西林瓶、安瓿瓶、胶塞、铝盖等,设计该类项目常常把内包装材料从洁净区外传递至使用点的方式作为重点考虑因素。从使用方使用习惯和管理方式,胶塞和铝盖种类等方面,分别探讨了西林瓶、安瓿瓶、胶塞、铝盖传递方式。

Commonly used inner packaging materials for small volume injection are vial,ampoule,stopper,aluminum cap and others.In design,the form of transmitting inner packaging materials from outside of cleaning area to employing site is taken as the important factor to consider.In this article,the transmittal forms of vial,ampoule,stopper,aluminum cap were analyzed from aspects of common usage,management,and kinds of rubber plug and aluminum cap.
