Electrical actuator is the driving device in electrical valve.In this paper,the composition and selection of valve electrical actuators were introduced.Emphatically,the calculation of torque match for valve and electrical actuator was described.Combined with practical instances in engineering,the key points in the design of electrical actuator were analyzed with respect to torque safety factor scope,the calculation and selection of gearbox and the selection and match of thrust conversion device.What presented here in may be referenced for designers in design of electrical valve.
