摘要
本文研究了一种新颖的Ku频段极化面调整机构,在只转动收发正交模耦合器内部结构情况下,实现了天线信号的极化与卫星信号的极化匹配的作用。此极化面调整机构优点有:转动的收发正交模耦合器尺寸紧凑,旋转角度范围大,驱动旋转的伺服电机小,解决了低噪放大器的供电及信号电缆缠绕问题,信号可靠性更高,天线结构布局更加紧凑合理。此极化面调整机构的电气指标与其他常规的极化面调整机构性能相当,已经应用到了多个工程项目,其性能指标得到了充分验证,有着广阔的工程应用价值。
A novel Ku-band polarization plane adjusting mechanism is studied in this paper.The polarization plane matching between the signal of antenna and the signal of satellite is realized by rotating the internal structure of the transceiver-receiver orthogonal mode coupler.The polarization plane adjusting mechanism has the advantages of compact size,wide rotation angle range,small servo motor driving rotation,solving the problem of power supply and signal cable winding of low noise amplifier,higher reliability of the signal and more compact and reasonable structure layout.The electrical index of the polarization plane adjusting mechanism is similar to that of other conventional polarization plane adjusting mechanism.It has been applied to many engineering projects,and its performance index has been fully verified,which has broad engineering application value.
