“流程分划-合成”带教模式在护士轮科培训中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的对“流程分划-合成”带教模式在医院轮转护士培训中的应用分析。方法选取广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院/儿童医院/妇产医院儿科输液室2018年参加工作2年内轮转的31名护士作为试验组,2017年参加工作2年内轮转的24名护士作为对照组。对照组轮转护士采用常规模式培训,试验组护士则采用“流程分划-合成”带教模式培训(依次进行皮试、接单配药、注射、巡视各流程培训共8周后,第9周开始由高年资护士一对一带教)。培训后对两组护士操作能力、满意度等指标进行评估比较。结果相较于对照阶段,试验阶段实施“流程分化-合成”带教模式培训后的轮转护士临床工作综合能力显著提高,培训时间及独立上岗护理患者时间缩短,患者对护理满意度评分更高,各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“流程分划-合成”带教模式培训对提高轮转护士操作技术水平,建立良好、稳定的心理素质,保证护理工作质量有重要意义。 Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the application of the“process division-synthesis”teaching mode in hospital nurse rotation training.Methods A total of 31 nurses who participated in the rotation of the pediatric infusion room of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital/Children’s Hospital/the Obstetrics and Gynecology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2018 were selected as the study group.24 nurses who participated in the work within 2 years from 2017 were enrolled into the control group.The rotation nurses in the control group were trained in the regular mode,and the nurses in the study group were trained using the“process division-synthesis”teaching mode(the skin test,the order dispensing,the injection,and the inspection process were conducted for 8 weeks,followed by one-to-one guided teaching in the 9th week).After the training,the two groups of nurses’operational ability and satisfaction were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the comprehensive ability of the clinical work of the rotation nurses after the implementation of the“process differentiation-synthesis”teaching mode was significantly improved in the study group;the training time and the time of independent nursing were shortened,and the patients’satisfaction scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The“process division-synthesis”teaching mode is of great significance to improve the technical level of rotation nurses,which can establish a better and stable psychological quality,and ensure the quality of nursing work.
