国内外教育信息化标准检索平台比较分析与启示

A Comparative Analysis and Revelation of Educational Informationization Standard Retrieval Platform at Home and Aboard

教育信息化是教育现代化的重要标志,教育信息化标准则是走向教育现代化的“通行证”,是教育现代化建设过程中的“法律”,是实现教育现代化的“法宝”。本文介绍了ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36、IEEE LTSC、IMS、CELTSC等国内外12个教育信息化标准检索平台,从平台研制收录内容、标准检索权限、标准检索结果三方面对国内外教育信息化标准检索平台进行比较,并根据比较结果对未来国内教育信息化标准研制与推广应用工作提出了几点建议。

Educational Informationization is an important mark of the education modernization.The standard of educational informatization is the"security pass"to the education modernization,the"law"in the construction process of the education modernization,the"trump card"of realizing educational modernization.This article introduces 12 information standard retrieval platforms at home and abroad,such as ISO/IEC JTCI/SC36,IEEE LTSC,IMS,CELTSC and so on.It compares the information standard retrieval platform of education at home and abroad in terms of platform included content,standard retrieval authority and standard retrieve results.And some Suggestions based on comparative results are put forward for the future development,popularization,application of educational informatization standard in China.
