腹腔镜全子宫切除术的技术改进

Technical Improvement of Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的探讨改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术的效果。方法2018年1月~2019年6月行改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术100例,腹腔镜下采用单、双极电凝行新四步法子宫切除术。结果100例均顺利完成。手术时间34~56(45.2±11.7)min,术中出血<100 ml,肛门排气时间7~11 h,术后下床活动时间11~15 h,术后住院时间3~4 d。结论改良腹腔镜全子宫切除术安全、有效、简便、易行,适合有条件的各级医院推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of improved procedure of total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods From January 2018 and June 2019,a total of 100 patients receiving improved total laparoscopic hysterectomies(laparoscopic hysterectomy with unipolar and bipolar electrocoagulation by new four-step method)were included.Results The improved total laparoscopic hysterectomy of 100 cases were successfully completed.The operation time was 34-56(45.2±11.7)min.The intraoperative blood loss was less than 100 ml.The anal exhaust time was 7-11 h.The off-bed activity time after operation was 11-15 h.The hospitalization time after operation was 3-4 d.Conclusions The improved total laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe,effective,convenient and easy to perform.It is worthy of promotion and application in eligible hospitals at all levels.
