High-gain Converter Based on Active Switching Inductance

摘要 针对传统直流升压变换器在新能源领域里的局限,提出了一种新型的高增益直流变换器。首先对 工作原理进行了详细的理论阐述,然后对工作性能进行了严密的逻辑与公式推导。随后就电压增益、二极管 和开关管的电压应力与其他一些已有的直流升压变换器进行了对比研究。对比结果表明:该变换器具有较高 的电压增益及较低的开关管、二极管电压应力。最后,通过一台额定功率为100W的实验样机进行实验,实验 证明了该变换器的有效性。 In view of the limitations of traditional DC Boost converters in the new energy field,a new type of highgain DC converter was presented.Firstly,the working principle of the theory was elaborated,and then rigorous logic and formula derivation of working performance were carried on.Subsequent studies on voltage gains,diodes,and voltage stress of the switch had been compared with other existing DC Boost converters.The comparison results show that the converter has a higher voltage gain,and a lower switch tube and diode voltage stress.Finally,a lab prototype with a rated power of 100 W was passed and the experiments prove the effectiveness of the converter.
