摘要 为了比较矩形烟风道与圆形烟风道优劣,以安徽某电厂二期扩建工程2×1 000 MW机组为对象,通过具体计算比较,采用圆形烟风道每台锅炉节省烟风道耗材共119.81 t,2台锅炉共节省239.62 t,钢材按1万/t来计算,每台锅炉可节省119.81万元,2台锅炉共节省239.62万元。 In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of rectangular flue duct and circular flue duct,taking 2×1 000 MW units in the second phase e×pansion project of a power plant in Anhui Province as the object,through specific calculation and comparison,the consumption of material in flue duct for each boiler with circular flue duct is 119.81 t,the consumption of material for two boilers is 239.62 t,and steel is calculated by 10,000 t.The savings of each boiler can be 11.981 million yuan,and 2 boilers can be 239.620 million yuan.
