碳纤维复合材料开孔层合板压缩损伤预测和模型比较 被引量:8

DAMAGE PREDICTION AND MODELLING COMPARISON OF CARBON FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE OPEN-HOLE LAMINATES UNDER COMPRESSION

摘要 针对平面和弧面开孔层合板采用Abaqus有限元软件建立了壳单元、壳-胶层混合单元以及壳-实体混合单元有限元模型,并分别采用通用的Abaqus内置程序和自定义的用户子程序进行层合板压缩损伤分析。模型选取Hashin、改进Tsai-Wu和Quads失效准则分析了两种层合板在开孔压缩过程中的屈曲变形、层内失效及分层,并与文献中的试验进行对比。结果表明,本文所建的五种模型对弧面开孔层合板的强度预测误差均小于7%,且能捕捉到圆孔周围损伤起始以及承载力下降。仅依靠Abaqus程序内置Hashin失效准则的壳模型即可为弧面开孔层合板提供较为简单高效的强度评估,但在平面开孔层合板中采用改进Tsai-Wu失效准则的自定义子程序对强度和损伤预测更为可靠。 The finite element models of shell elements,shell-cohesive mixed elements and shell-solid mixed elements were developed in software Abaqus to model two open-hole composite laminates(OHC),i.e.flat OHC and cylindrical OHC.The universal Abaqus built-in software and proprietary user-subroutine were respectively adopted to analyze compressive damage.The buckling,intralaminar failure and delamination of both OHCs under compression were predicted by Hashin failure criteria,modified Tsai-Wu failure criteria and Quads failure criteria,then compared with experimental results.The results show that the predicted strength of cylindrical OHC is less than 7%error for proposed five models;the damage initiation around hole and loss of loading-carrying capacity can be captured by all models.The shell model solely relying on Abaqus software with built-in Hashin failure criteria can provide an effective strength assessment of cylindrical OHC,while user-subroutines with modified Tsai-Wu failure criteria can offer a more reliable alternative for flat OHC.
