摘要
从原材料选择、铺层结构对水下装备用碳纤维复合材料传动轴进行了设计,着重介绍了传动轴的设计计算过程,首先根据设计指标进行了传动轴铺层设计,然后采用层合理论和有限元相结合的方法对传动轴的扭转屈曲、扭转载荷及临界转速进行了分析,并根据设计的铺层方案制作了模拟样件,最后对模拟样件进行了扭转试验。结果表明:设计的铺层方案可以满足传动轴的设计指标要求。
In this paper,the drive shaft of carbon fiber composites for underwater equipment was designed from raw material selection and composite laminated structure.The design and calculation process of the transmission shaft was introduced emphatically.According to the design index,the layer design of the transmission shaft was firstly carried out.Then the torsional buckling,torsional load and critical revolutions of the drive shaft were analyzed by combining theory and finite element methods.Furthermore,the simulated sample was made on the basis of the designed laminated scheme and the torsion test of the sample was carried out.The results show that the designed laminated scheme can meet the requirements of the design index of the drive shaft.
