摘要
Wnt信号路通是一类以分泌型Wnt蛋白为配体激活的信号通路,包括经典Wnt信号通路和非经典Wnt/PCP信号通路和Wnt/Ca^2+信号通路三类。近年来,大量研究显示Wnt信号通路参与了血管系统的多种生理和病理过程,其中在血管新生和血管钙化的研究最为深入,现就该信号通路在此过程中的作用及其潜在的心血管病诊治价值进行综述。
Wnt signaling pathway is a kind of signal pathway activated by secretory Wnt protein,including canonical Wnt signal pathway,non-canonical Wnt/PCP signal pathway and Wnt/Ca^2+signal pathway.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that the Wnt signaling pathway is involved in many physiological and pathological processes of the vascular system,especially in angiogenesis and vascular calcification.The role of the signaling pathway in this process and its potential value in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases were discussed.
