滇西某高硫难选铁矿高效回收铁试验研究

摘要 针对滇西某磁铁矿,因其磁铁矿嵌布粒度极细且富含磁黄铁矿,试验采用“阶磨阶选”工艺流程选铁,并对其磁粗精矿强化脱硫,在粗磨P80=0.074mm,再磨P99.3=0.038mm的条件下,试验获得了合格的铁精矿,其含铁64.28%,含硫0.25%,TFe回收率69.51%;同时获得了高硫铁精矿副产品,其含铁59.84%,含硫15.60%。试验为该铁矿资源的利用提供了可靠的技术支撑。 Aiming at the refractory magnetite ore in western Yunnan,which is very fine in size and high in pyrrhotite,this test adopts "step-grinding and step-separation" process to separate iron concentrate and intensify desulfurization of magnetic concentrate.Under the conditions of crude grinding P80 0.074 mm and re-grinding P99.3 0.038 mm,the qualified iron concentrate contains 64.28% iron,0.25% sulfur and 69.51% TFe.The by-product of high sulfur iron concentrate containing 59.84% iron and 15.60% sulfur has also been obtained,which provides reliable technical support for the utilization of the refractory iron ore resources.
