摘要
硫化铅锌浮选精矿浓密溢流废水分质分步回用工艺,突破常规硫化铅锌浮选精矿浓密溢流 废水排放到尾矿库不使用、使用,或者和尾矿过滤水混合使用等;将铅精矿浓密溢流废水不处理直 接加入铅系统选硫化铅,将含有硫酸锌金属离子和乙硫氮浮选药剂使用在铅选别流程(进入旋流泵 池);锌精矿浓密溢流废水直接回用,将含有硫酸铜金属离子和黄药浮选药剂使用在锌选别流程,达 到了提高回收率和选矿生产指标、降低成本的目的。
The separation and step-by-step reuse process of concentrated overflow wastewater from lead-zinc sulfide flotation concentrate breaks through the conventional process of discharging concentrated overflow wastewater from lead-zinc sulfide flotation concentrate to tailings pond for non-use.use,or mixed with tailings filtration water.etc.The flotation reagents of metal ions and ethyl sulfide nitrogen are used in the lead separation process(entering the cyclone pump pool);the concentrated overflow wastewater of zinc concentrate is reused directly,and the flotation reagents containing copper sulfate and xanthate are used in the zinc separation process.The purpose of improving the recovery rate.beneficiation production index and reducing the cost is achieved.
