摘要
建立了利用光电直读光谱测定X14锌大锭中的高含量铅的分析方法,通过自定值标准样品,在原有分析方法的基础上对铅元素的工作曲线进行了延伸。通过试验,选择了最佳光谱分析参数,结果表明,新绘制的工作曲线线性在0.999以上,铅元素的相对标准偏差不超过4.40%(RSD,n=8),符合要求。标准样品和未知试样的直读光谱分析结果分别与标准样品认定值和ICP-AES测试结果吻合。
The high concentration Pb in X14 zinc ingot was determined by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry.The working curve of Pb was extended on the basis of the original analytical method by the self-setting standard samples.We selected the optimum spectral analysis parameters.Experimental results showed that the new linear correlation coefficient was above 0.999.The relative standard deviation of Pb was less than 4.40%(rsd.n=8),which met the requirements.The determination results of standard samples were consistent with their certified values and the determination results of the samples to be tested were consistent with those obtained by coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).
