高校机关处室庸政懒政怠政表现及其防治机制问题研究

归纳了高校机关处室存在的庸政懒政怠政的多种表现,并从理想信念动摇、宗旨意识淡化、能力素质不强等方面分析了其形成的内在原因,从考核激励机制不健全、监督问责机制不到位、选人用人存在偏差等方面分析了其形成的外在原因。最后,从抓好理想信念教育、提振精神促担当,发挥示范引领作用、以上率下促担当,完善激励机制、提升干劲促担当,建立容错纠错机制、卸除包袱促担当等方面提出了建立健全高校机关处室庸政懒政怠政防治机制的建议。
