摘要
卓越绩效模式(PEM)能够比较有效地解决我国公立医院当前组织目标不够清晰、忽视领导作用和绩效管理关键要素系统协调等问题,本文以卓越绩效管理的理论研究为指导,并以XK医院为例,通过专家咨询对初步形成的指标体系进行筛选,采用统计学方法对各类数据进行分析处理和量化,确定相关指标权重,构建卓越的绩效管理评价指标体系,该体系有利于医院中的每一个人能清楚明了地知道医院战略计划的实施,并将医院的战略目标落到实处,有效促进医院绩效工作持续改进,努力实现医院远景规划。
Performance Excellence Model(PEM)can effectively resolve public hospitals problem,such as unclear organization goals,coordination neglect between leadership and key elements of performance manage-ment.This study is guided by the theoretical research of performance excellence management.It takes XK hospital as an example to screen the index system after adopting the expert consultation,and uses statistical methods to ana-lyze and quantify all data,therefore determine the weight of relevant indicators.Finally,it builds an excellent per-formance management evaluation index system that will help everyone working in the hospital understand the imple-mentation of the strategic objectives,and achieve the strategic goal.At the meantime,the plan will effectively pro-mote continuous improvement of hospital performance and achieve the hospital s long-term plan.
