针对军队医院寒区卫勤保障存在的问题,以科研创新、科学组训为抓手,探索提升整体建设水平的保障方法,通过医院冬季训练保障验证,取得较好效果;提出提升装备性能、紧盯弱项短板、夯实硬件基础、培育战斗精神等,以保障力促进医院转型的对策。

This paper focused on the problems existed in the medical service of military hospital in cold ar-eas,with scientific research and group training,to explore ways to improve the construction level.Successfully ver-ified the medical support in winter training,it raised the countermeasures for improving the performance of equip-ment,paying close attention to shortcomings,consolidating the hardware foundation,and cultivating the fighting spirit,to promote hospital transformation with support.
