干扰素α-2b联合聚焦超声治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染宫颈炎的效果分析

Effect of Interferon α-2b Combined with Focused Ultrasound in Treatment of Patients with Human Papillomavirus infection Associated by Cervicitis

目的观察干扰素α-2b联合聚焦超声治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月——2018年6月收治的高危型HPV感染的宫颈炎患者129例。根据治疗方法将患者分为观察组66例和对照组63例。对照组给予单纯干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予单次聚焦超声治疗。观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后宫颈炎症状体征评分、HPV清除率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月和6个月,2组宫颈炎症状体征评分均低于治疗前,且观察组宫颈炎症状体征评分低于对照组,HPV转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,2组宫颈炎症状体征评分均低于治疗后3个月,HPV转阴率均高于治疗后3个月(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素α-2b联合聚焦超声治疗可提高HPV感染宫颈炎的临床疗效,有效缓解症状,抑制HPV持续感染。

Objective To observe clinical effect of interferon α-2b combined with focused ultrasound in treatment of patients with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection associated by cervicitis.Methods A total of 129 cervicitis patients with high-risk HPV infection admitted during March 2016 and June 2018 were divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=63)according to therapeutic methods.Control group was treated with interferonα-2b alone,while observation group was treated with single focused ultrasound on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical efficacy,score of cervical inflammatory symptoms,HPV clearance rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,scores of cervical inflammatory symptoms were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,while negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,scores of cervical inflammatory symptoms were significantly lower,while negative conversion rate of HPV were significantly higher than those of after 3 months of treatment in two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Interferon α-2b combined with focused ultrasound in treatment of patients with human papillomavirus infection associated by cervicitis may improve clinical efficacy of HPV-infected cervicitis,effectively relieve symptoms and inhibit persistent infection of HPV.
