麻黄连翘赤豆汤加减治疗湿热咳嗽的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Addition and Subtraction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chidou Decoction in Treatment of Patients with Damp-heat Cough Syndrome

目的探讨麻黄连翘赤豆汤加减治疗湿热咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—10月收治的湿热咳嗽患者96例为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以麻黄连翘赤豆汤加减治疗。比较2组的临床疗效,观察治疗前后症状改善情况以及血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组的咳嗽、咳痰等主要症状和饮食、睡眠、小便、大便等次要症状评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻黄连翘赤豆汤加减治疗湿热咳嗽的临床效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,减轻炎性反应。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chidou decoction in treatment of patients with damp-heat cough syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients with damp-heat cough admitted from January to October 2018 were divided into observation group and control group(n=48 in each group)according to random number table method.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while observation group was added with addition and subtraction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chidou decoction on the basis of treatment for control group.In two groups,clinical effect was compared,and improvement conditions of symptoms and changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-8,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of main symptoms such as cough and expectoration and minor symptoms such as diet,sleep,urine and stool were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Mahuang Lianqiao Chidou decoction in treatment of patients with damp-heat cough syndrome may achieve good clinical efficacy,and it may also effectively improve clinical symptoms and alleviate inflammatory reaction.
