医疗机构安全管理标准实施现况调查

Investigation on safety management standards implementation in medical institutions

目的:了解医疗机构对标准化知识的理解情况以及7项强制性医疗机构安全管理标准的实施情况。方法:对国内8个省份进行实地调研,对104所医疗机构进行问卷调查。结果:(1)医疗机构对标准和标准化相关概念理解较好;(2)标准知晓、实施及培训情况不佳;(3)标准知晓和实施情况存在不均衡;(4)标准的实施效果得到肯定。结论:(1)加强宣传培训,提高医疗机构的标准重视程度;(2)强化监督考核,保证标准贯彻落实到位;(3)提高标准质量,构建多部门沟通协调机制。

Objectives: To investigate the awareness of standardization knowledge in Chinese medical institutions and the implementation of 7 mandatory safety management standards for medical institutions. Method: Site research was conducted in 8 provinces and 104 hospitals were selected to have a questionnaire survey. Results: Medical institutions have a clear awareness of standards and related concepts. The results from the implementation of those standards are affirmed, however, there are a poor and an unbalanced understanding, training, and applications on safety management standards in China. Conclusions: It is better to strengthen propaganda and training, improve the importance of standards in medical institutions. It is necessary to enhance supervision and assessment, ensure the implementation of standards in place. Improving the quality of standards, and building a multi-sectional communication and coordination mechanism are crucial as well.
