基于微信的大型公立医院党建平台构建

Practice of party building platform in large public hospitals based on WeChat

“互联网+”时代,网络的普及使得公立医院党建工作面临新的机遇和挑战。中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院结合党建工作实际和自身优势,探索基于微信的大型公立医院党建模式。通过深度开发微信党建平台,简化日常党务工作,提高党建工作效率,推动党建工作突破限制,实现党员信息管理、传播发布、党员发展、组织活动、学习测试、民主评议等规范化、精准化管理,为建立科学有效的党建工作考核评价体系奠定基础,也为科学决策提供数据支撑。

Under the era of ‘internet+’, party construction in public hospital has faced new opportunities and challenges. Based on hospital situations and practices of party construction, cancer hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College has explored WeChat based party building platform. The new party building platform can help simplifying daily work, improving efficiency, breakthrough limitation and standardizing party member information management, propagandizing, new member join, carrying out team construction, study and test and democracy assessment management. It also plays its role on building scientific and effective assessment system of party building and gives evidence for decision making.
