摘要
目的:通过系统好评和推荐排名指标,对线上、线下医院的声誉进行对比研究,从而验证医院线上排名的有效性和客观性。方法:收集线上、线下综合及专科排名数据,利用斯皮尔曼等级相关检验,从相关性和相似度2个维度进行比较。结果:线上、线下医院的声誉综合排名具有正相关,专科排名的相似度存在一定差异。结论:患者应对互联网平台上获得的医疗健康信息加以分辨,医院应将线上声誉管理纳入工作范畴,政府应加强对线上信息真实性的监管。
Objectives:To verify the correctness and objectivity of hospital online rankings by comparing the reputation of online and offline hospitals through two indicators of systematic praise and recommendatory ranking.Methods:Hospital reputation ranking data of general and specialist hospital of online and offline were collected and Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the data in two dimensions of relevance and similarity.Results:The general rank of online and offline hospitals has a positive correlation,and there is a certain difference in the similarity of the specialist rankings.Conclusions:It is considered that patients need to distinguish of the information obtained from the Internet health care platform.Hospital needs to involve online reputation management in total hospital management and government needs to strengthen the supervision of the online information.
